Each action consumes from your monthly pool. A search costs 1 action, scraping a URL costs 3 actions, and chatting with the AI assistant costs 1 action. Scheduled automations consume actions based on their type. Injecting data (file uploads, text, API connections) is free.
API-hours measure how long your published APIs are active and serving requests. 1 API-hour = 1 API running for 1 hour. All paid plans include enough API-hours for 24/7 operation — deploy your API and leave it running. The Free plan has 10h/mo for testing.
You set your own plans and pricing. Datovu handles checkout, payment processing, and deposits the revenue into your account after the platform commission. Payouts happen automatically on a regular schedule.
Datovu uses state-of-the-art AI models by default for all agentic operations. If you have specific requirements, you can configure your model preferences in the dashboard.
Data is isolated per user and team. Injected data is never shared across accounts. Zero-retention options are available for sensitive workloads.
Operations stop when you reach your plan limit — we never surprise you with overage charges. We send alerts at 80%, 90%, and 100% usage so you can upgrade or adjust. Upgrade at any time to unlock more capacity.
Yes. Start with our Free plan (150 actions/mo, no credit card needed). When you need more, upgrade to any paid plan. Cancel anytime.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
You can schedule recurring data collection tasks on any dataset — web searches, URL scraping, AI-powered chat, agent refreshes, or a search-scrape-chat pipeline. Set the interval (every 5 minutes, hourly, daily, weekly, or custom cron) and Datovu runs it automatically. Each run consumes operations based on the task type. Datovu respects robots.txt and website terms of service. We do not support scraping login-gated or legally protected content without authorization.
Yes. Business and Publisher plans support multi-user workspaces with role-based access (admin, member, viewer).
Yes. You own your API and can distribute it anywhere — your own website, API directories like RapidAPI, cloud marketplaces, or directly to customers. Datovu handles infrastructure; you control distribution. Customers can also discover and subscribe to your API directly on Datovu's marketplace — no account needed, just pay and get your key.
